About your order
Delivery of your ordered product will normally be delivered within 2-3 days after receiving your order.Depending on the region, shipping circumstances such as holidays, and traffic conditions, there may be slight delays.

4: Select your payment method and click [Next].

5: Complete your order. Please confirm your order details and proceed to each payment.
Credit card: If you proceed to [Payment], you will be redirected to the credit card information input screen.
Please enter your card number and click [Make Payment] at the bottom right to complete the payment.
Cash on delivery: Please proceed to [Place an order].
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, so please check it.
Delivery will be by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Please note that we cannot specify a delivery company.
In addition to the product price, the following fees will be charged separately.

2: Shipping is free for purchases over 10,000 yen.

Regarding order cancellation/changes
You can cancel your order by email (info@hcsuzuki.com) on the same day you placed your order.
Please contact us by 24 hours on the day of your order. Please note that we cannot accept orders after 24:00.

If a return or exchange occurs due to a defect on our part, our staff will thoroughly inspect and package the item before shipping.
